Like most people I talk to in these current times, I find maintaining good mental health in spite of COVID-19 can be quite difficult. All forms of media bombard us with information about the coronavirus: Virus statistics, panic buying, border shutdowns etc.Taking in all this information at one time can often result in a feeling of helplessness and anxiety which will only aggravate the isolation we can so easily feel. In times like these we need to be intentional about maintaining good mental wellbeing. Here are a few tips that I have found helpful for maintaining my mental and physical wellbeing in the last couple weeks.

This too shall pass.
