In-Person Programs

Engage your students with collaborative challenges, relevant personal stories from our facilitators, and a seamless interactive experience with our In-Person programs. Our team of facilitators travel to primary schools across Australia and New Zealand delivering full-day programs that explore the concepts of Leadership and Wellbeing.

The Altitude program empowers students to explore the key attributes of strong character and develop the skills necessary for lifelong success. This program encourages self-reflection and thoughtful conversation about how we can be the best version of ourselves, both in good times and when faced with challenges.

Through engaging team-building exercises, reflection on personal values, and strategies for overcoming obstacles, students gain practical tools for navigating their personal and academic lives with resilience and confidence. They explore how to build meaningful relationships with peers, set goals, and create positive habits that will carry them through high school and beyond. By the end of the program, students will have a solid character foundation that serves as a compass for handling both their triumphs and struggles.

The Altitude program emphasises that success in life isn’t just about achieving goals, but about who we become along the way, the people we connect with, the values we live by, and the mindset we cultivate. Students will walk away feeling empowered to approach life’s challenges with a resilient attitude, strong sense of purpose, and an understanding of the positive impact they can have on others.
