In-Person Programs

Engage your students with collaborative challenges, relevant personal stories from our facilitators, and a seamless interactive experience with our In-Person programs. Our team of facilitators travel to primary schools across Australia and New Zealand delivering full-day programs that explore the concepts of Leadership and Wellbeing.

The Shift program is designed to help Year 12 students take control of their future by exploring key decisions that will shape their journey beyond school. As students approach the end of their high school experience, this program equips them with the tools to navigate the challenges of this transitional phase and prepare for the next steps in their lives, whether that be further education, the workforce, or other pursuits.

Through engaging activities, group discussions, and self-reflection, students will explore how to make empowering decisions about their attitude, relationships, and personal vision. The program provides strategies to address the unique challenges of Year 12, helping students build resilience and a positive mindset to approach their future with confidence and determination.

By the end of the program, students will have a clearer sense of their core values, an actionable vision for their future, and the tools to create meaningful relationships, overcome obstacles, and leave a positive impact on their community.
