In-Person Programs

Engage your students with collaborative challenges, relevant personal stories from our facilitators, and a seamless interactive experience with our In-Person programs. Our team of facilitators travel to primary schools across Australia and New Zealand delivering full-day programs that explore the concepts of Leadership and Wellbeing.

The Summit Leadership program is designed to help students explore the foundations of effective leadership through self-awareness, integrity, and service to others. This stage of high school is a critical time for young people to solidify their leadership values and develop the skills they need to become ethical, empathetic, and influential leaders.

Through reflection on personal values, group activities, and guided discussions, students learn to take responsibility for their actions, understand their personal influence, and build trusting, meaningful relationships with peers and teachers. The program emphasises that leadership is not about authority or titles, but about the ability to positively impact others, foster a sense of belonging, and inspire positive change in the community.

By the end of the program, students will have developed a deeper sense of self-awareness and will be equipped to lead with empathy, integrity, and curiosity. They will leave the program with a clearer vision for their future, the confidence to pursue their goals, and the understanding that leadership starts from within.

The line game - it encouraged our students to step outside of their comfort zone whilst in view of the rest of the cohort. It promoted bravery, vulnerability and an opportunity to reflect thus far of their personal journey.
