In-Person Programs

Engage your students with collaborative challenges, relevant personal stories from our facilitators, and a seamless interactive experience with our In-Person programs. Our team of facilitators travel to primary schools across Australia and New Zealand delivering full-day programs that explore the concepts of Leadership and Wellbeing.

Year 5 & 6 Leadership Program

Superhero Leadership empowers Year 5 and 6 students to step confidently into leadership as they prepare for their final years of primary school and the transition into high school. The program highlights that leadership is not about titles or being the loudest voice in the room but about understanding personal strengths and using them to make a positive difference in everyday situations.

Throughout the day, students take part in hands-on challenges, collaborative tasks, reflective exercises, and guided discussions that build character, confidence, and social awareness. Each segment of the program is intentionally linked to real scenarios students experience in the classroom, on the playground, and within friendship groups. This helps students recognise their influence on others and understand how their choices can shape the culture around them.

The learning environment is supportive, energetic, and highly interactive, allowing every student to engage in a way that suits their personality and comfort level. Students walk away feeling capable, with practical strategies they can use to interact positively, problem solve, take initiative, and contribute to their school community. By the end of the program, students understand their value as leaders and feel motivated to lead through kindness, and responsibility.
