The Prefect Leadership program is designed to help students develop the skills and confidence needed to lead their peers with authenticity, purpose, and a clear vision. As student leaders, prefects have the unique opportunity to influence their school community positively, and this program equips them with the tools to do so effectively.

Through team-building activities, strategic planning sessions, and leadership development exercises, students will work together to create a unified team with a shared vision for the year ahead. They will explore the role of service in leadership, build resilience, and learn to navigate the challenges they may face while driving change within their school. By the end of the program, prefect teams will have developed the confidence and leadership skills to foster strong connections, resolve conflicts, and make a lasting impact on their peers and school community.
